Antoinette Ethridge

Antoinette is the founder and CEO of Antoinette Writes, LLC. Growing up in a small community in Hampton, VA, she was always passionate about helping others, which led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Early Childhood Education. Her career as an elementary school teacher began in 2013, where she recognized a significant need to lead children more effectively. This realization prompted her to further her education, earning a master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Administration and Supervision.

As she expanded her leadership role throughout her teaching career, she began to question whether she was reaching her fullest potential. After starting her own family and wrestling with these feelings for years, she realized that despite the impact she was making, she still felt unfulfilled. Her desire to continue helping others on a larger scale led to the creation of Antoinette Writes, LLC. This venture emerged from her passion for assisting people in reaching the next level.

At home, Antoinette is supported by her husband, three children, and a small yorkie-poo. Since starting this journey in 2020, she has discovered the powerful role that writing can play in supporting missions and impacting numerous people simultaneously. Through Antoinette Writes, LLC, she helps clients plan their grant cycles by utilizing funding strategies, researching the best grant opportunities, and writing grant applications and proposals on their behalf.
