Children’s Division of Missouri

On December 12th, a dedicated caseworker from the Children’s Division of Missouri heard our founder & CEO speak at a workshop. Inspired by our mission, she and her colleagues have shown incredible support for My Life in a Bag Foundation.

Recently, she visited our new facility with three large black trash bags for a 17-year-old male who has been in foster care for 7 years and is now aging out. Thanks to the generosity of our community, he left with dignity—packing his belongings in quality luggage instead.

But our support doesn’t stop there. Through our *Beyond the Bag* initiative, we’re committed to providing mentorship, educational resources, and trade school opportunities to help him thrive in this next chapter of his life.
